Effective: January 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, newsletters, RSS feeds, and all other digital services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NodeTrack Labs Inc ("NodeTrack," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 241558, with its registered office at Friedrichstraße 68, 10117 Berlin, Germany.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NodeTrack Labs Inc. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
NodeTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal and professional informational purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
All content published on the Service — including articles, reviews, analyses, graphics, boa-zzbws, page layouts, and software — is the intellectual property of NodeTrack Labs Inc or its licensors and is protected by German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG), European Union directives, and applicable international treaties. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Short quotations for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or academic citation are permitted under § 51 UrhG, provided that proper attribution to NodeTrack is given and the quotation does not substitute for the original work. Syndication, republication, or translation of our content requires a written licence agreement.
If you submit content to the Service — including comments, feedback, corrections, or forum posts — you grant NodeTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
NodeTrack reserves the right to remove or modify user-generated content at its sole discretion, including content that is defamatory, abusive, off-topic, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. NodeTrack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including product reviews, benchmarks, and technical analyses. Editorial content reflects the views of individual authors at the time of publication and should not be construed as professional advice.
Product ratings and benchmark results are based on specific test methodologies described in each article and may not be representative of all configurations or use cases. Readers should conduct their own evaluations before making purchasing or architectural decisions based on our content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NodeTrack Labs Inc, its directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if NodeTrack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. These links are provided for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement by NodeTrack. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access third-party resources at your own risk.
NodeTrack accepts display advertising and sponsored content placements. All sponsored content is clearly labelled as such and is editorially distinct from our independent journalism. Advertising relationships do not influence editorial decisions, product ratings, or benchmark results. For advertising enquiries, contact ads@nodetrack.example.
NodeTrack may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may apply in addition to the foregoing.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
